Shipping and Returns
- Orders may be paid through PayPal, credit card, or check. Payments by check will be shipped when check clears. It helps keep our costs down if charge card orders are minimum $15, please.
- We ship by USPS or UPS whenever possible. Orders are usually shipped within three (3) days of receipt, most often next day. We will notify you of any expected delays.
- At this time, we do not ship outside the Continental United States.
- New Mexico residents please add 7.3215% sales tax.

Retail Customers – MBB Error:
A non-skin care product may be returned for refund, credit, or exchange within fourteen (14) days of the order receipt date, IF the problem is due to Martha’s Body Bueno error, such as incorrect product or damaged/defective item(s).
If a customer orders an incorrect item or an incorrect size, or if the customer simply changes his/her mind, Martha’s Body Bueno will refund the purchase price, minus the shipping costs, provided the returned item(s) are returned/received in their original condition in their original packaging.
For all returns, customers are instructed to call Martha’s Body Bueno (505-250-2783) before returning the item(s). All item(s) to be returned must be packed correctly for shipping.
Due to FDA regulations, we are unable to accept any returns of any kind on products which would be applied to the skin.
